01
Pre-construction
The first step is to understand your needs for the project so we work with you to isolate what these are and what requirements are needed to fulfill your project specifications. We review the plans with you and ensure we understand your vision and needs.
02
Budget & Procurement
During this phase we provide a thorough line-by-line estimate based on the plans and options selected. We look for opportunities for value engineering and any roadblocks in the construction process. Engineered designs are submitted to the municipality for approval. All items required to get started are bought once the budget is finalized and approved.

Construction
This is the point the project will be moved into actual construction by your construction manager. On-site project management includes quality control, monitoring the contractor’s safety program, ensuring contractors perform per specifications, coordinating permits, technical inspections, and testing, and monitoring RFIs and submittals to ensure they are on track are all services provided by the construction manager during the construction phase.
04
Post-Construction
Project closure, also known as project close-out, is the final stage of the project. More than just finishing the punch list, project close-out procedures include handing over the project to the client so they can begin occupancy or operations.
